A brief route description of the South ridge route (left hand skyline): Start from Åborsneset and walk up to Åborselvvatnet (297).
Continue into the cirque under the East face of Soltinden and scramble up the South ridge of Åborsdalstinden until you reach the SE
summit
ridge.
The last section of this ridge is quite narrow and requires some climbing (grade III) to reach the highest point. A rope can be necessary.
